Rules & Guidelines
We are glad you are here to stay with us! We want your stay to be safe and enjoyable. We are very proud of our park and ask that you observe and follow these guidelines outlined below while at the park.
Speed Limit: 10 MPH throughout the park will be strictly enforced.
Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM.
Vehicles: Only one RV and one vehicle allowed on each site. No vehicle or RV repairs, including oil changes, lubrication or washing of vehicles will be allowed on premises. If vehicle or RV service is required, contact management.
Pets: (2) non-aggressive breed pets are welcome. Pets are to be controlled by a leash at all times. If your pet shows aggression to another pet or person, you may be asked to leave the park. They may NOT be left unattended outside (even if tied). Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and keeping them under control and quiet.
Sites: Keep yards clean and clear of clutter/litter. We have the right to ask you to remove anything from your yard that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe. We want to keep our park clean and safe for everyone.
Fires: No campfires allowed. Grills are permitted, but always put completely out after use.
Respect of Others: Respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. Do not walk, run, cycle, or drive across another’s site. Keep group outside noise (computer, tv, radio, etc) at a respectful level to others at all times.
Visitors: All overnight visitors must be approved by management; and will have to park their vehicle in designated area.
**This is an adult park. Children are allowed to visit/vacation but are not allowed to live in the park.
Damages: This park/management is not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damages to properties due to nature, fire, theft, accidents, or other causes.
Sublease: You may not assign nor sublet your site. You are being provided services under a site service agreement. You are not under a landlord/tenant agreement. Theft of services applies.
Fees: Site fees are due at check-in. Meters will be read at check-in and shall be payable at the 1st of the month, and every first thereafter. A daily late fee of $20.00 will be charged (and accrued) if site fee is more than three days late.
Returned Checks: A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Cash, cashier’s check or money order will be required to cover the returned check. Personal checks will no longer be accepted for any future payments. We are a new park, and will be working to improve the park’s accommodations and apologize if this causes any disruption.
